Sometimes a room needs a more minimal style light than a chandelier or large over the top fixture to light it. Enter pendant lights. They can be minimal in size and style but not in details or charm - and the right one can make your room feel completely different.
Though I only have one pendant light in my home currently, I am definitely a fan, and today I am talking about a few show-stopping styles of pendant lighting.
Let's start with copper.
Copper touches in any room are all the rage right now - and adding copper with your lighting is easy with the Essex Copper Pendant. I love how this looks doubled above a table.
And another favorite metal - I am a huge fan of polished metal - especially in gold and Silver and this Emery Silver Finish Mini Pendant is a stunner.
Perfect placed in threes above a bar area - the polished finish on this light will bring a beautiful vintage inspired charm to your room.
What about something more unique? Alabaster reminds me of some of the gorgeous vintage pieces that I remember seeing in my grandmothers home growing up.
But this Jamie Young Borealis Pendant Light is far from a dated vintage style. Made from alabaster, it has modern lines and details and is sure to give off a soft glow. It would be a beautiful addition to both edgy modern and traditional styles.
Another unique twist on a pendant light is this amazing Bolivar Rope and Metal Pendant. It is perfect for adding a neutral look in lighting to your space and gives off a slightly vintage coastal vibe.
And for something that makes a bold beautiful statement while lighting up your space - the Austen Pendant Light is a gorgeous choice.
With details galore creating a delicate openwork wave pattern - it is stunning. And with a drum shade to softly diffuse the light - this pendant will stand out in your home while lighting it beautifully.
Whatever style of pendant lighting that you fall in love with, there are so many different sizes and options to choose from to fit your space perfectly at Lamps Plus
